VISION
The organisation aspires for the society, which will be free from all types of exploitation and discrimination of caste, creed, gender and religion. Human values like equality, freedom, justice and peace, trust, love and tolerance, mutual respect, participation and cooperation will prevail in the society. The society will be based on self –reliant and sustainable economy. The life –oriented knowledge will be free to the people, technology will be eco-friendly. There will be unity in diversity. The society will go through a continues process of development both materially and spiritually.

MISSION
Our organisation is dedicated to total uplift the socioeconomic condition of the deprived segment of the population women and children through various integrated and sustainable development activities in rural and urban areas to usher total property .

GOVERNANCE OF THE ORGANISATION
General body ,comprising of 41 members, is the statutory body of the organisation. The general body elects the members of the Governing body annually in the Annual General Meeting . At present the Governing Body is constituted with 4 women and 3 men. The Governing Body then selects its office bearers viz Chairman , Secretary and Treasurer. The secretary has the role and function in every affairs viz. daily routine work, administration ,policy ,finance and strategy and in statutory work, policy and strategy. The Governing body is responsible for policy making ,finance and in statutory work of the organisation
